Heritage 350 Series Vertical Sliding Window

  • Block and tackle, calibrated vent (sash) balancers, for smooth vent operation and hidden from sight.
     
  • Maintenance free vinyl frames require little or no maintenance. Clean the window with mild soap and water. The vinyl will not warp, corrode, peal or rot.
     
  • Fusion welded, mitered corners for a strong and weatherproof seal. Welded corners increase structural integrity and ensure permanently square corners.
     
  • Multi-chambered, 2 3/4" frame adds thermal efficiency and structural integrity.
     
  • Aluminum reinforcement in the vertical meeting rail and locking rail on the vent panel add structural support.
     
  • Available in round top and geometric configurations.
     
  • Nail fin is located 7/8" from the exterior of the frame with stucco key.
     
  • Die Cast Cam Lock — Passes CMBSO/CAWM 301-90, Forced Entry Resistance Test.
     
  • .50 U-Value with clear glass translates to an energy efficient window.
     
  • 3/4" thick, dual pane glass units for increased energy efficiency.
     
  • 5/8" flat or sculptured grids, available in custom configurations.
