DESIGNED FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE AND VERSATILITY EAGLE
products meet or exceed the performance requirements set
forth by the WDMA (Window and Door Manufacturers
Association). All EAGLE products are energy-efficient and
require only a minimal amount of maintenance, which allows
them to operate smoothly year after year. Best of all, EAGLE
offers a generous 20/10-year non-prorated, limited warranty
for added peace of mind and confidence.
EAGLE's extruded aluminum exterior cladding is several
times thicker than roll-formed aluminum or vinyl cladding;
provides the ultimate strength and durability, and is
accompanied with a lifetime structural warranty. All of our
wood components are treated to prevent damage and decay. In
unexposed areas, EAGLE uses environmentally friendly
laminated veneer lumber (LVL) for added strength and
stability.
Our interior components are natural wood, available in
six optional wood species or our standard pine, to provide a
choice of wood windows and give you flexibility and
unlimited creative options. Factory finished interiors and
unlimited exterior colors add style and personalization to
any home while eliminating additional onsite labor and
expenses.
EXCEPTIONAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY Certified with the
NFRC (National Fenestration Ratings Council), our windows
and doors are tested and labeled for energy performance.
EAGLE also complies with the ENERGY STAR® windows program,
which promotes energy efficient windows and doors. Now EAGLE
windows and doors meet ever increasing energy demands, yet
deliver style and design options that make your home
uniquely your own. EAGLE features Low-E Maximizer Plus®
insulated glass as a standard on all windows and doors for
maximum efficiency. Comprised of two glass panes separated
by a thermal spacer and sealed, the units are then filled
with pure inert argon gas for exceptional insulation value.
Unlike clear glass, Low-E Maximizer Plus is treated with
a special engineered coating on one surface that provides
improved protection from harmful ultraviolet rays. During
the winter months, room-side heat is reflected back into the
structure by this coating. In summer it helps reduce cooling
costs by reflecting exterior heat back to the outside,
saving energy year-round.
EAGLE's unique double weather-stripping virtually
eliminates air and water infiltration while also providing
exceptional noise control. Rugged hardware and balances
complete the package for overall environmental control.
